Question: When will my order ship?

Answer: Usually your order will be shipped in 20-25 days after payment, for rush order, we may can ship within 7 days, but please get in touch with us first(sales@jinbomall.com).

Question: How will I be notified of my order confirmation?

Answer: Upon completion of your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If for any reason any of the information is incorrect please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes.

Question: How will I be notified of shipping confirmation?

Answer: As soon as your order ships we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking numbers. To check the shipping status click on the tracking number.

       For large order, air or ocean shipment will be used, in this case we would send you shipping documents.

Question: Can I check my order through your website?

Answer: Yes, you can check the order status from our site.

Question: How do I return an item?

Answer: Please contact us, we will issue you a Return Authorization number which will expedite your claim. For more information, please refer to return policy.

Question: How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer: Usually your will received the goods in 5-7 days via courier, however, for some order via air or sea shipment, it need longer time, which depends on the discharge port where you locate.
